VHV 55 & 72 recirculation fan

High-performance and innovatively-designed recirculation fan

SKOV-SECCO's VHV recirculation fan is an innovative and high-performance solution designed specifically for livestock facilities. Its adjustable airflow deflectors enable optimized air throw distance and direction. The optimized air throw will effectively cool the cows in the barn when they are lying down.

Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant reinforced fiber composite, this fan offers long-lasting performance.

We recently launched the new VHV fan units with a direct-drive and variable motor that provide smooth speed adjustment (available for delivery in September 2024).

Benefits and technical specifications:

  • A thicker layer of U.V. protection on the outside surface for years of durability.
  • SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) housing with smooth surfaces improves performance and reduces cleaning efforts.
  • Airflow design maximizes efficiency.
  • Maintenance-free motor approved U-CSA-C or C.E., and are 50/60 Hz.
  • Exceptionally quiet operation across all speed ranges.
  • Shipped fully assembled, except for the airflow deflectors.

The Direct-Drive units*:

  • A variable motor drive provides smooth speed adjustment. Controlled with 0-10V D.C. Fan power consumption reduces with speed.
  • EC fans - variable control and low energy consumption.
  • Corrosion-resistant nylon blades with aluminum hub.
  • 55’’ fan has max. speed of 600 RPM, 72’’ fan has max. speed of 400 RPM.
  • 55’’ fan has five airflow deflectors, 72’’ fan has six directional airflow deflectors.

*Available for delivery in September 2024.

The Belt-Drive units:

  • Long belt - can be changed easily around the blades.

* Belts are made with highly efficient molded notches

  • Six directional airflow deflectors.
  • Balanced 72’’ (182 cm) heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant 6-paddle aluminum blade.
